Simply stunning hotel located in a nice area near to the beach, Tulum downtown. Accommodating and caring staff as one would expect. I loved my room, it was bright and luxurious with the comfiest beds.

I liked that hotel had perfect staff and food. The venue was located just next door to Tulum downtown, the beach. It was a very lovely stay, you could leave a car on site. Everything nice.

I loved every detail about my really great 4 nights stay here. The room was stunning with the comfiest beds and had a safe box, a mini-fridge-bar and a dining area.

The place was fairly clean and staff were cooperative, I appreciated reasonable location. Mesmerizing view of city. Pool was heated and there was a great restaurant on site.

Actually everything was amazing. Rooms were functional and quiet with big beds. Pool was great too. The restaurants were FANTASTIC and for every budget.

Sweet hotel built in Mediterranean style, breathtaking location. Appropriate, marvellous room with a marble-lined bathroom. Sky bar was lively.

Breakfast was plentiful, staff was super-friendly, place was fairly clean. I had great, great room with a bright bathroom.

The check-in was very quick, we liked outdoor bar. Room was cozy, bed quiet. Breakfast in the bar was free with well presented food and service. The staff was very hard working, they offered a spectacular service.

Everything about this design hotel was so perfect. There was lots of food that was fantastic. Good service, even though a few employees were such rude. Swimming pool was clean too. In addition, free Wi-Fi throughout the property was really handy.

I had a pleasant enough stay, thank you so much! I liked that it was impeccably clean and really beautiful, the stuff were delightful and rooms were perfectly fine. Variety of food, which was pretty good to satisfy everyone Im glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room was not a problem.

Had a lovely stay here. Caring staff, reasonably spacious room, fab central location. Good breakfast, first-class service. Historic style hotel with modern furniture in the rooms. Easy walk to the beautiful beach.

Hair dryers, robes and bath sheets where very handy. Tulum City Centre district was worth exploring...
